If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.


Please allow 2-5 business day for your order to be processed. You will be responsible for paying for all shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a store credit or decide to exchange an item, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Cam Chan'e offers same day and next day delivery through UPS Access Point for shoppers within a 7 mile radius! In order to be eligible for delivery you MUST be within a 7 mile radius, order before 6 pm CST, cover the delivery cost (listed when selected in cart). All orders placed after 6 pm CST will be delivered to the nearest UPS access point the next day.


You have 8 business days to return an item from the date you received it. NO EXCEPTIONS!

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition clothing that you received it (no damages ex: stretched out, ripped, stains, soiled, foul smells). Your item must also be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.


ALL SALES ARE FINAL! NO REFUNDS WILL BE PROVIDED! Only Store Credit or Exchange (depending on if the merchandise is available at the time of exchange). Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you on the status of your Store Credit or Exchange after inspecting the item. Please allow 24-48 hours for processing. Items purchased on sale are final. there will be no exchange or credits provided for items purchased on sale.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a store credit or exchange ONLY. You will receive the store credit within 72 hours after your return is approved.
